QA Systems created a reliable, long-lasting Audio-Visual System for the City of New Braunfels Boardroom. This AV System is a Value-Engineered, user-friendly system to facilitate community open-platform events.

Project Details

• Simplified the previous system operation to increase event support staff and broadcast operator efficiency during city council meetings
• Removed antiquated and unnecessary equipment to make room for improved Audio and Visual Systems
• Integrated new technology into the Video Production and Control Room to provide a simplified workflow
• Installed new interactive displays in the main Boardroom, along with state-of-the-art cameras, lighting and microphones to allow for an immersive meeting space
